Georgina Ibarra
Graduated from ITESM in Architecture, with 14 years of experience. Founder and partner of Brick Walling, a company dedicated to the management of construction projects, of which she has been General Director since its founding in 2010. Her strength and leadership have allowed BW to consolidate its position in the market, expanding its portfolio of services and area of expertise and action. Brick Walling currently has operations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America, with services in all stages of the project (from planning to closing) and participating as a consultant, administrator and even builder. Under the direction of Georgina, BW today has a solid portfolio of up to 500 million dollars in investment in urbanization, industry, commerce, mixed use and residential projects.

Francisco Rodriguez
Architect graduated from ITESM, with 19 years of experience. Co-founder and partner of Brick Walling. Since 2010 he leads a team of highly qualified project managers.
BW has had remarkable results under its management in operation; implementing and optimizing operational processes that have been beneficial for customers. The approach towards the engineering of value of the projects has given savings to the clients, managing to improve the deliverables of the company and the fulfillment of work programs.
Expert in capital monitoring and financial management, responsible for the administration of projects up to 100 million dollars. Having full command of PMI methodology and international construction project management standards.

Dante Rodriguez

Civil Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Engineering with a Specialty in Construction Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana, with +25 years of experience in residential, industrial and commercial construction. Participated in the construction of 12 industrial warehouses, equivalent to +360,000 sqm, supervising, reviewing, authorizing projects of different specialties in the construction of those warehouses.

Architect, with 25 years of experience in building and project management. Has coordinated Industrial, comercial, residential, vertical, mixed use projects, using PMI methodology, focused on results, and looking for continuous improvement. Multi-discipline teams integration, and always establishing long-term relationships with all level Stakeholders.
Rubén Porras

Civil engineer and specialist in urban construction with 12 years of experience in managing infrastructure, vertical and industrial projects using the PMI methodology and going through all the project stages such as planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure. Currently participating simultaneously in 4 industrial projects.
Abraham Newman
Sr. Project Manager
Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of professional career in construction companies and real estate developers. He has a Master’s Degree in Construction Administration and diplomas in Senior Management, PMI and LEAN Construction. He has led tall buildings, Industrial, commercial and residential construction projects nationwide from the investment planning, architectural design, engineering development and construction phases.
Carolina de Monserrat González
Sr. Environmental Consultant
Carolina holds a degree in architecture from the University of La Salle Victoria and a master’s degree in Engineering and Construction Administration from TEC of Monterrey (ITESM). I have over ten years of experience in the field of LEED Certification, Environmental Consultancy, and Senior Project and Construction Management.
She currently has accreditations in LEED BD+C AP BD+C and Homes granted by the US Green Building Council USGBC. Her experience includes certifications for industrial buildings, high-rises, homes, and retail buildings.
Furthermore, she possesses over a decade of experience in commissioning mechanical, hydraulic, FPS, and electrical engineering projects in accordance with the highest international standards, such as ASHRAE and experiences in sustainable architectural design and construction.
